Today’s word of the day is ENERGIZE! Why? Because energy is needed to accomplish our goals, dreams, and daily tasks. Some days energy comes easier than others. A cup of coffee or a long or short run or workout may be needed. Even a breath of fresh air during a walk can help. We can even use ENERGY or ENERGIZE as a one-word repeatable mantra to transport us to a higher energy level (it’s a mindset trick), inspire and encourage us to be positive and stay positive during our workouts and during the daily grind.
