Yesterday, on November 18, 2015, day 730 of my runstreak (the end of two years of consecutive days of running a mile or more), I hosted a Blab show to teach runners how to runstreak effectively from my perspective as a runstreaking (ultra)marathoner running coach and an asthmatic who needs some walking breaks.
