Today is “Fearless Friday”. What in the world does that mean? Today I will announce my fearless fitness goals for the weekend. You can name/announce your goals too. Fill in the blank: I WILL _____(fill in your fearless fitness goal here)_____ this weekend. My example: I will run 15 miles tomorrow and 3-4 miles Sunday, keeping my 24-day runstreak intact (and #RWRunStreak). Be courageous and fearless and tell me what your fearless fitness goals are.
